Vila, the owner is communicative, efficient, friendly and professional! I planned my Bach a year and a half in advance and he was very accommodating to any changes that needed to be made along the way. His drivers are professional and courteous as well. The services Vila and his team provided really made our Miami trip so much fun and effortless. If you are looking for transportation without any worries whatsoever you need to book! 10/10

As a person who has done a quite a bit of traveling over the years, I can honestly say I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly side of travel. I’ve spent lots of money only to regret it and I have scrimped on things that I shouldn’t have and regretted those decisions too. However, my recent experience with Vian shuttles and Limo services was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning to the very end I had the best. I know I had the best is because if I had a chance to do it again I wouldn’t change a single thing.

From the beginning I received a prompt response with a price that beat the competition. I received what I was promised and more. My pick ups and drop offs were on time. This made my travel connections to and from my cruise ship a seamless process. As any traveler knows logistics plays a big role in your overall experience. One missed step can make or break a trip, but hands down without a doubt it was the human touch of this is experience that makes it so memorable. Vila took care of us as if we were royalty. He stayed in constant communication and was there to meet our every need even when our times kept changing. He used his ground connections to get us on and off that ship as painlessly as possible. By the end of our trip I knew that if I’m ever in Miami I can and will call on Vila because I know can count on him. Lastly, I’ll leave you with this. Technology is a great thing indeed, but there will never be a substitute for the human touch. Vila thank you again for making our transportation needs perfect in every way. I was a little apprehensive because I absolutely needed a reliable service at 4 am to get my family and I to the airport for our flight to california. Not only was the service on time but also reasonably priced compared to using UBER at the same time for the same distance. I did not need to use the service on the return trip because we’d delivered our daughter and and all of here luggage to school ; however, I would not have hesitated to use the service again.

An Excellent experience. Our driver showed up 5 minutes early. The car was very clean. The ride was smooth and we arrived at our destination with plenty of time to spare. I will certainly be using Vian again in the future.
